Elevation: Highlands Preparatory Academy Florida's Signature Advising Program

Your student doesn't just need more courses on a list. They need a plan.

Elevation is personalized advising and pathway planning for homeschool students who want direction, not just a schedule — and families who want strategy, not just support.

Preparation before pressure. Direction before deadlines.

You didn’t come this far to stop

What Is Elevation?

Elevation is a structured advising program designed to help students move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Through personalized strategy, structured planning, and expert guidance, Elevation supports students in building meaningful academic, extracurricular, and career pathways aligned with their strengths, goals, and long-term opportunities.

Rather than focusing only on course selection or graduation requirements, Elevation emphasizes direction, readiness, and real-world outcomes.

Families choose Elevation when they want more than scheduling help — they want strategy.

The Elevation Strategic Development Framework™

The Elevation Strategic Development Framework™ is the structured planning model behind every Elevation advising relationship. It's how we make sure students don't just accumulate courses and activities — but build a coherent, purposeful path that reflects who they are, what they're capable of, and where they're genuinely headed.

Every student works with a dedicated Elevation advisor who applies this framework to their specific goals, strengths, and season of life.

Is Elevation Right for Your Student?

Elevation is designed for students who:

  • Want clear direction for high school and beyond

  • Feel overwhelmed by options, deadlines, or competing priorities

  • Are pursuing competitive pathways — athletics, arts, academics, or careers

  • Want strong transcripts and real opportunities after graduation

  • Benefit from structured advising and consistent accountability

  • Are navigating learning differences and need a plan that works for how they're wired

If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Athletics: For student-athletes who need more than a schedule — they need a strategy.

Elevation's Athletics pathway supports student-athletes with academic planning, recruiting preparation, NCAA eligibility guidance, Core Course Worksheet management, and balanced scheduling aligned with training demands. Whether your student is pursuing a D1 dream or just wants to compete at the next level, we help them build the academic foundation that keeps every door open.

Scholars: For academically driven students who want to go further — strategically.

The Scholars pathway supports students pursuing selective college pathways, advanced coursework, Dual Enrollment, research opportunities, and leadership development. We help students build transcripts that tell a real story and position them for the opportunities they're actually qualified for.

Pro: For students who know the traditional four-year path isn't the only path.

The Pro pathway supports students exploring career tracks, workforce preparation, industry certifications, entrepreneurship, and real-world learning experiences. We help these students build plans that are taken seriously — because a well-built career pathway is just as rigorous and valid as a college prep track.

STAR— Specialized Support & Tech-Assisted Readiness For students navigating ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and learning differences who need a plan that works with how they're wired — not against it. STAR provides structured support through curriculum accommodations, personalized planning, executive function skill-building, parent coaching, and career pathway development. Our STAR specialist holds a Bachelor of Social Work and brings a background in human services, student advocacy, and personalized support planning. She helps families build a path forward that actually fits their student.
